Dinner tonight.

Tonight I cooked my version of the Chicken and Grits of Top Chef contestant Jeff McInnis‘ Chicken and Grits. It can be found in this book:


If you ever find youself invited or interested in coming for dinner (and, for the most part, I am sure we would love to have you), you might want to request it. At least, I’d recommend it…


Unless, of course, I am cooking fajitas.
