My wife loves good food and she has declared me a Fajita/Taco master.
It is her favorite thing that I cook, and I must admit, I enjoy them as well. I have, at times, found myself dreaming about all of the different varieties of tacos/fajitas that I would serve if I ever were to open a taco stand.
Just because they would not be authentically Mexican doesn’t mean they wouldn’t be authentically awesome.
If you want to come over, I will cook some for you.
