Author: chris aho
Christopher Aho is a pastor, facilitator, and systems-minded leader working at the intersection of faith, leadership, and change. He helps congregations and organizations navigate transition by holding together tradition and innovation—guiding teams to cultivate clarity, experiment with purpose, and rediscover what gives life. As former director of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship’s Thriving Congregations Initiative, he has led national efforts in adaptive leadership, design thinking, and spiritual formation. His work is rooted in a simple conviction: meaningful change doesn’t begin with programs, but with people, practices, and the courage to imagine what might be next. He lives in Durham, North Carolina, with his family and is often found in a coffee shop, on a trail, or shaping spaces where ideas can take root and grow.
