During the Tour de France (from which I am experiencing withdrawal symptoms… ‘There is nothing on TV but talk of deflated footballs’) I saw this video from the advocacy group, People for Bikes. I love it and it definitely describes how I feel about a good swim, run, and especially bike ride.
So, whatever athletic endeavor you use to shed the monster, good luck and keep it up.
And, if you don’t have a way yet, go ride a bike!
